Fitness Eggs-ercise Hunt. Free for members, guests pay $10 guest pass.

Instructor led through warm up, prayer, cool down. Individual or groups (groups move together) hunt for an egg, do the exercise inside, collect the egg, then move onto the next egg. Golden eggs (“passover eggs”) contain a mini Jesus with no exercise so its a “free pass” onto the next egg.
