Position Summary

As an Evening Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the late afternoon-evening operations of the Cafe. Your primary objective is to ensure the smooth functioning of the establishment, provide excellent customer service, and drive profitability. You will lead a team of employees and maintain high standards in all areas.

• Responsible for overseeing late afternoon and evening operations of the café.

Qualifications

Christian Faith

• Profess and demonstrate a personal commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
• Adherence to Christian principles and values in both personal and professional life.

Educational Background/Experience

• Experience in supervisory role within food industry
• Strong leadership to effectively manage a team and encourage a positive work environment
• Obtain/Maintain a current Food Handlers Card
• High energy, organized, efficient and friendly personality
• Must be at least 18 years of age
