Donation Requests
Throughout the year, The Centre receives a great number of requests for donations. Due to the volume of requests we receive, The Centre will not accept donation requests from organizations/support events outside of Lenawee County. As a non-profit organization, there are limitations on the type of donations that we are able to give. In order to clarify information and quicken response time, we respectfully ask that you complete our donation request form at least two weeks prior to your event. This form can be found below.
In order to be considered, donation requests must be received two weeks prior to an event. Donations will be mailed to the address provided or left at the Member Service Desk for pick-up.
All requests will receive a response by phone or email.
The following paperwork (when applicable) must accompany the completed form below:
- Request letter on organizational letterhead
- An event flier
- Copy of your organization’s 501(c)(3) form and tax exempt ID number
