Position Summary:
As an Evening Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the late afternoon-evening operations of the Cafe. Your primary objective is to ensure the smooth functioning of the establishment, provide excellent customer service, and drive profitability. You will lead a team of employees and maintain high standards in all areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing late afternoon and evening operations of the café.
Qualifications:
- Christian Faith:
- Profess and demonstrate a personal commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
- Adherence to Christian principles and values in both personal and professional life.
- Educational Background/Experience:
- Experience in supervisory role within food industry
- Strong leadership to effectively manage a team and encourage a positive work environment
- Obtain/Maintain a current Food Handlers Card
- High energy, organized, efficient and friendly personality
- Must be at least 18 years of age
