The Centre’s 360° Wellness Assessment will give you a comprehensive picture of your current physical health and compared to healthy levels for your body type, gender, and age. The 360° Wellness Assessment will give you a snapshot in time of where you are, so you can see what areas of your life need to experience change. Receive your report card the day of the assessment and a LiveWell Coach will talk over your results with you.
